FAQ

How will I know my order has been successful?

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email.If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us at  customerservice@louismontgomery.com

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please, email  customerservice@louismontgomery.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Name the order was made with
  • Email address the order was made with

Kindly note that we may not be able to guarantee your cancellation as your order may have been despatched prior to receiving tracking information.

How do I return my order?

We sincerely hope you enjoy your new purchase, but you are very welcome to return this to us within 14 days of delivery. 

We would kindly advise completing the return form found within the envelope and generating a return label using our online return portal.

Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 10 business days to the original payment method.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent within the dispatch email, once your order has been fulfilled.

Where can I find size and fit information?

Click on ‘View size chart’ on each item’s page to view our chart and model measurements. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@louismontgomery.com

There will be a size chart on each drop email prior to the drop date. This will ensure you know the correct size to purchase prior to the drop.

How do drop days work?

We will notify you via email and social media when a drop has been announced.

The online store will be open for 1hr only.

Items can only be purchased during this time.All items purchased, will be processed immediately.
